Life360, a social app that aims to keep families in communication via Android or iOS mobile phones, announced Wednesday that it raised a $10 million round of venture funding. The round was led by DCM, with participation from previous investors. The app?s main products include geo-fencing-based alerts, check-ins and private communication between family members, among other features. Life360 also announced that it recently surpassed 40 million users.
